I have an EU VAT number, how can I order without paying VAT?

Register for a new account and then email us you account details and VAT registration number to sales@tradecosmetics.com before you make your first order. We will then set up your account so that VAT is not charged on any of your orders.

I have placed an order but my payment has failed, what can I do?

Email us your order number and we will email you an invoice that you can pay by PayPal or credit/debit card.

Are all your products genuine?

Yes, all of our products are 100% genuine.

You don't appear to deliver to the country where I live, what can I do?

We deliver to most countries but if your country is not listed please let us know by emailing sales@tradecosmetics.com and we will add your country to our list if we are able to deliver there.

Is it possible to visit your warehouse to make a purchase?

Yes, you are more than welcome to visit us. We offer a Cash & Carry service and also a Cash & Carry Customer Loyalty Scheme. If you wish to make a visit please let us know when you intend to arrive by emailing sales@tradecosmetics.com or by telephoning 01455 631216 and we will make sure we have someone available to look after you.
